Crasto 2021 with the excellent aromatic freshness of Touriga Nacional, in perfect harmony with the elegant texture of Tinta Roriz, both grown on schist soils at 400 meters of elevation, produce this fresh, balanced wine, with expressive aromas of raspberry and violets. All in tune with vibrant hints of minerality
Quinta da Rede 2021 is a very expressive wine, composed by Touriga Nacional (60%), Touriga Franca (15%) and Tinta Amarela (15%) grape varieties. It presents aromas of red fruits wrapped in a lively and balanced acidity. Although light, it is intense and dry with a fresh and harmonious finish. 50% of its wine is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.
Apaixonado 2020 was produced from two vineyards of Touriga Nacional. One in Quinta das Salgueiras at an altitude of 500m, which gives the wine aromatic freshness, with fruity notes and subtle floral touches.
Monte da Raposinha 2020 originated with Touriga Nacional, where the grapes were pressed whole and fermentation with indigenous yeasts took place in used barrels. During the ageing process, bâtonnage was carried out. This way it is possible to express the delicacy and freshness of Touriga Nacional.
Principal Tête de Cuvée 2019 is a rosé of great class, full of character, produced in the Quinta Colinas de São Lourenço in the region of Bairrada.
Cartuxa Rose 2021 was produced from two plots of Touriga Nacional, planted in the vineyards of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation. Manual harvesting, with subsequent cooling of the grape to 14ºC, before total destemming and optical choice of berries, It was produced for the first time in 2021.
